Founder and Owner of Head to Toe Healthcare: Victoria Bentley, LPN✨

Victoria Bentley is the founder of Head to Toe Healthcare, a trusted provider of diabetic and advanced foot care across Nova Scotia. A nurse since 2017, Victoria discovered her passion for foot care during a nursing school placement and knew immediately it was the path she wanted to follow. After completing her Foot Care program in 2018, she opened Head to Toe Healthcare the following year.

Her passion is deeply personal, inspired by her husband, who has lived with type 1 diabetes since childhood. That connection drives her commitment to helping clients manage and prevent foot complications through personalized, compassionate care.

Her work is grounded in compassion, personalized care, and a commitment to making healthcare accessible within every community she serves.

Foot Care Nurse: Jodecie Ruth Burns, LPN 👣

“My name is Jodecie-Ruth, and I bring over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, specializing in medicine, surgery, and oncology. I've dedicated 10 years to educating and mentoring nursing students at local colleges and universities. Since 2019, I've been offering mobile Advanced & Diabetic foot care services, combining my passion for leadership, education, and advocacy. I believe in an authentic, holistic approach to health that empowers individuals to take charge of their well-being. My goal is to make foot health accessible and confidence-building for everyone.”

Jodecie Ruth will be assisting with our free clinic every six weeks at the Gordon B Isnor Manor, you will also see Jodecie Ruth at our many hats collaboration nursing foot care clinic in Bedford.

Foot Care Nurse: Sara Girard, LPN 👣

Sara has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2013 and began her journey in foot care in 2023. She works in mental health at the Nova Scotia Hospital and brings warmth, skill, and a splash of pink to everything she does—literally! You’ll always find her dressed head-to-toe in her favourite colour!

You will find Sara doing our home visits from Dartmouth to Hubbards!

Foot Care Nurse: Monica Soucy, LPN 👣 

You will see Monica at Northwood Bedford - Ivany Place, Haven Manor - Halifax, and doing home visits around HRM. 

Foot Care Nurse: Tracy LaPointe, LPN 👣

You will see Tracy at Northwood Halifax - Manor, Tower, Almon Place, and Pauline Potter Health Centre, The Berkeley, Gordon B Isnor Manor, and the St Margaret’s Bay Community Enterprise Clinic.

Foot Care Nurse: Andrea Casey, LPN 👣

Andrea will be assisting with our free clinic at the Gordon B Isnor Manor every six weeks.
